I got a new phone this week and I was wondering if I could accomplish blogging from it. . . we'll see.

{An Itchy Rash}

Hello Monday.  I start out my week with a few extra pills to take and cream to apply.

I have been feeling super yucky, but after my second dose of antibiotics I am

already feeling better.  

The Mr. started his 2 week Annual Training Sunday so he will be extra tired, especially

being out in this heat!

We are going to go on vacation, but I really am thinking we might wait until September.

I don't like crowds so much.

and.

I don't like the heat so much either.

So perhaps we will wait a tad bit longer.

Baseball tonight.

Dentist today.

I have a pretty productive week planned.

I love observant people.

Especially people that are observant and then act upon what they observed.

"Country Girls Do It Better" (it was written with shoe polish on the back glass).

{The Bee Club. . . Who knew?}

I had the most lovely conversation with one of our nursery volunteers this past Sunday. 

 I adore talking to older folks. . .really makes me wish I would've visited with my

grandma more. 

 Hindsight.

Danny Y. is a beekeeper. 

He only has 2 hives, but he is full of knowledge.

Did you know a bee has to come in contact with 50,000 flowers to make one lb of honey?

Did you know there is a Bee Club? There is!  The Club has about 150 members and

they meet once a month. Every month. 

The most fascinating thing I learned was hands down about the Queen Bee.

Did you know the Queen Bee does all the work?

I should've known. . .

After church he brought me a treasure!

1.  The Mr. is Working and Sleeping on this lovely holiday weekend.

2.  Justin Bieber on the radio (really loud). He is going to be in MI late June. . .Mmmm?

3.  Baseball has come to an end.

4.  Had a fun little party time at The Monkey House. 

5.  Went shoe shopping (and I was successful despite my ugly, big wide footsies).

6.  Seen an outrageously expensive purse at Dillard's (I cant erase from my brain).

 Its been more than  48 hours and I am still fighting off temptation. 

7.  Lovin' Calypso Tunics (got one for sis).

8.  Thinkin' really hard about going back to school

(don't be alarmed. . . I've been thinking about it for 10 years).

9.  Trying to decide where to take a vaca.

Katie, when I read your post about getting to know Jesus better I immediately thought of James 4:8!!! My heart almost burst into song because I think this is a verse you can claim!

James 4:8 says, "Draw near to God & He will draw near to You". 

Mandi,  your grandparents are precious precious people.  I think it is so neat that he is able to see and think about his old truck being restored, taken care of, and used.  What a great gift to him!
