P.S. I went to Dr. B today~down 2 . . . Um, I was honest. . I used the word ~Hand basket. . . I think Dr. B likes me. I think he appreciates my honesty. . . It is WAY to cold to walk. . . The good news is ~ IF I lose 20 more lbs I will only be considered "overweight". Isn't that great? Wow, I would consider that a compliment.
