This boy
is registered for Kindergarten as of

{My Little Closed Eyed Swimmer}

My Buddy took swimming
lessons this week.
He did great. . . bright sun and all!!!

{Me No Comment}

For some reason I am not able to comment on my fellow blog mates post. . .

So I thought I would just take care of a couple here tonight.

Katie, when I read your post about getting to know Jesus better I immediately thought of James 4:8!!! My heart almost burst into song because I think this is a verse you can claim!

James 4:8 says, "Draw near to God & He will draw near to You".

Mandi,  your grandparents are precious precious people.  I think it is so neat that he is able to see and think about his old truck being restored, taken care of, and used.  What a great gift to him!

{Burning the MidNight Oil}

No, this isn't happening in our restroom at home.
This is happening at my work.
details, so I will
spare you, but none-the-less
these images explain
why I like to "burn the midnight oil"
in lou of working normal business hours.
At this time I only have one slight problem. . . The Mr. is on the NIGHT SHIFT. . .again.

{I snapped some}

very handsome Middle School Students Sunday.

{Enjoy our Time}

My sister has been here and we enjoyed each other so much.
She doesn't live far at all (Little Rock), but getting away is the hard part. . .
So even though our visits are few are far between we always enjoy our time.

{Oh Tonia, Where art thou?}

My sister is here from Little Rock, and we are having ourselves a little visit.
We'll talk soon.

{Somebody call 911}

I think I have an intruder in my home. . . oh wait. . . it's my husband.

He's back. . . finally.

I love her home.

{Three hungry kids. . .}

and no food in the house.

Isn't that the worst way to start the day?

I wonder if I could let them out to graze on the grass?  After all it does need mowed.

{I need a support group}

All my little precious cranky campers are back home with me.

In bed. . . as they should be.

I have decided I need to join a support group for people that want to live on the water and can't stop thinking about it.
Would you be there? (Random statement, but none-the-less its true)

One other thing, this Casey Anthony trial has got my eyes glued to the TV. Convict already. I have got to get moving.

{what it is. . . is what it is}

Am I the only one that doesn't feel like its "summer break" yet?
I am not referring to the heat, but just. . .
lazy days
burgers & dogs
sno cones
sleeping in
I really hope I am going to find summer break soon, but so far I am really not feeling it.
What have I been doing?
I spent my morning with two of my sweetest friends
digging in Gods Word.
We are making a reference Bible for our kiddos.
I sent my Clayton and Lily to camp.
Crying a tad when each of them left. (So what.)
We took a trip to Branson (no pictures, Can you believe it?)
Feeding the big puppy. . . The Mr. . . gone . . . again.
(I do believe he should be able to save the world with all the training he receives.)
Cook-out with some sweet friends.
A visit with another sweet friend.
Work. . . and more work.
A little laundry sprinkled here and there.
Baseball. Lots of baseball.
The gym. (Yes, I'm going. What? You cant tell?)
Bought 4 lbs of lunch meat. . . who does that?
Nobody liked 2 of the 4 lbs. . . Cajun turkey & roast beef. (Who knew?)
Sweet girl excited to leave.
Sweet boy who was left behind.
He appears happy in this picture but he really wasn't.
Took care of a sick boy.
We actually started our summer with the stomach virus, Carson.
His sweet little friend E. Williams made him a little "Get Well".
Card and Necklace.
And he loves it.
Had my car carpet shampooed.
That was nice.
That was actually a week ago, and I have yet to put the floor mats back in.
This is the most absolute worst and terribly confusing post I'm sure, but
what it is. . is what it is.

{The Three Problems Post}

Problem #1 Buddy is very upset because he cant wear his Sock Monkey Shirt. Why?
Its 180 degrees outside.
(not to mention its too small)
Problem #2 Buddy has his first black eye.
(I thinks it's his first???)
Anyways, he currently has what I think is his first black eye.
Problem #3 I got his hair cut way short.
Cooler for Summer, but its not growing on me.
Sooo, hopefully it will start growing on his head quickly!
Poor Buddy.
Not one of his best moments.

{Today is the last day of School}

The last day of school looked very different around here. . .
Clayton slept in and had no desire to go.
Lily was up and ready to go!
They are going to play Minute to Win It with
Mrs Leonard's class today.
Have I talked to you about her new little short hair do?
Whhyyy, I don't think I have. . .I will later.
There is "Doctor Cop Stew".
That is what we call him.
I am not sure why.
Lily gave him that lovely name.
He greets her most every morning and comments on her hair bows.
His favorites are the green ones.

Good-bye 2nd grade! From Lily
